Formed in 2023, primarily by high school classmates.
The band name originates from the title of the film sampled in Flipper's Guitar's third album, DOCTOR HEAD'S WORLD TOWER, embodying their desire to voraciously incorporate musical influences across all genres.
They blend diverse sounds—90s UK rock, post-punk, psychedelic rock, krautrock, indie rock—with old Japanese pop song melodies to forge a unique style.
