.jvkn (Dot-Jukan) is a Japanese singer-songwriter whose work spans the fields of music, art, and film. He is also active as a visual artist under the name Jukan Tateisi.
His interdisciplinary collaborations include composing music for the film "Dust to Dust" and creating the score for "Re: Incarnation", a dance performance directed by Mirai Moriyama at the UNESCO World Heritage Site Kiyomizu-dera Temple in Kyoto.

His debut single “Distant,” released in July 2024, gained notable attention for its music video filmed inside the temporarily closed 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa.

His second release, “Shugoron”, is a danceable love song that uses the mathematical concept of set theory as a metaphor to explore “indescribable emotions and the heart that accepts them.” The music video features actress Sumire Ashina and presents a striking visual narrative set against snowy mountain landscapes.

He is also producing the experimental series on YouTube such as “Walkthrough”, where he travels the world with a camera and microphone, capturing landscapes and environmental sounds and blending them with his singing. Shot in locations such as the deserts of Saudi Arabia and the grasslands of Namibia, the series has resonated strongly with listeners both in Japan and overseas.
