Reina Kawaji

Tokyo-based pianist and composer-arranger.
Having started classical piano in childhood and drawn to jazz in high school, she began composing and arranging.
After graduating from a music university, she leveraged her extensive musical knowledge to work across various genres, including film, anime, theater, live support for artists, and music videos.
While incorporating traditional techniques, she continuously pursues modern jazz without boundaries, creating a unique musical world through rich harmonies, rhythmic layering, and distinctive phrasing.
She believes in conveying the passion within her soul to the world through collaborations with fellow musicians and live performances.
