Strip Joint

Strip Joint is a rock band based in Tokyo, Japan.
Ceremony was formed in 2017 based around lead singer-songwriter Daiki, who was born in Osaka, Japan in 1997; they renamed themselves Strip Joint in 2019.
Their music develops on the genre of rock by incorporating elements of original literature within their songs, a style influenced by other bands such as The Smiths, R.E.M., and Arctic Monkeys.
They strive to be universal by using English lyrics that would be accepted worldwide despite being based in the culturally isolated island of Japan.
The band is currently composed of Daiki and five other members, Aya, Ame, Hiro, Rio, Kei.
