The Mighty Project

The Mighty Project is a rock band based in Tokyo.
Formed in 2018 as a home recording project by Keito Otsuka (Gt./Vo.), the band released their self-produced album “Total Football” in 2020. The track “Be A Fool” was played on Seattle-based world famous radio station KEXP, and also charted on the US college radio new releases chart.

The following year, Keito moved to Europe, and in 2022, released their second album “The Queen of the Silver Screen” via Spirit Goth Records in California, USA.

In 2024, Keito returned to Tokyo and began working with their current lineup. Soon after, they released the single “Easy Way Out”, produced by Freddie Cowan, former member of The Vaccines.

The band is currently working on their third album, with Freddie Cowan as producer and Ricardo Acasuso, an engineer known for his work with Hippo Campus and The Vaccines.
