WATER KIN

WATER KIN is the solo project of Hiroki Muto, a producer, singer-songwriter, and guitarist born in 1995. With a penchant for avant-garde soundscapes and bold, expressive Japanese lyricism, Muto continuously pushes the boundaries of contemporary pop. Handling every aspect of production—from recording and mixing to mastering—his work exemplifies complete artistic autonomy and technical finesse.As a songwriter and producer, Muto has collaborated with major artists such as SixTONES, INI, and SG, and has also contributed music for commercial campaigns, including Kao Corporation. WATER KIN is where his artistry and vision coalesce into a singular, immersive musical experience.
