Makoto Nagata

Makoto Nagata is a Japanese electro track-maker.

While he started only this year to release under his own name, he has been active in the Japanese music scene for few years as the composer of the unit Opus Inn and as support member of the indie band The fin.

His 1st release “Broken Promises”, an electro/dance music song done in collaboration with his friend Funny Factures, has earned him the attention of the audience, being selected on Spotify’s playlist “Fresh Finds”.
But he showed how wide his approach of electronic music is with the 2nd work, “Noise”, that turned out to be an ambient/balearic breakbeat instrumental track.

With his 3rd release “Ground”, featuring The fin.’s vocals, Makoto Nagata shows that he’s far from being limited to one style.
