SOM4LI is a rock band based in Tokyo, Japan. The band is composed of Rio Shimamoto, Mako, Risako, and SHV, who also are the member of Strip Joint, Ms. Machine, and KLONNS. Their sounds develop on the genre of indie rock by incorporating mixed elements, such as cold and dynamic beats influenced by the band from recent South London, and noisy guitar sympathized with US alternatives. Their creation has the unique balance with global influenced sounds and up-front Japanese lyrics.
